In this section we will share with you the places we really like in Eureka Springs. Importantly, we won't post a link if we have not experienced it ourselves and enjoyed it enough to go back!
These unique places, along with all the great people, are what makes Eureka Springs for us.
There is so much to do in the area that we will add to this list as we experience more.
We hope you enjoy Eureka as much as we do.
The places on this page are a little further than downtown, so you will need to drive or use local transportation.
Great restaurant just a few minutes from Downtown Eureka Springs.
Farm to table meats including dried steaks and great sandwiches. Cool, fun place.
A short drive from Eureka Memories.
Hiking area just a short drive from Eureka Springs. Multiple trails and unique scenery to check out along the way.
Expect to pay a small donation.
We really enjoy this brewery. Good beer, good people, nice building and even better grounds when the weather is good.
Not a long drive. Pet friendly.
Really worth checking out the Architectual wonder. It is a Glass Chapel in the woods. Very interesting to walk through and take pictures. Churches services on Sundays if you so desire.
A few miles from downtown.
They request a donation if you can.
One of Eureka Spring's super fun and quirky entertainment establishments. Fun bar with frequent live music. Good food. Friendly staff and great service. All at the Wonderoo Lodge just a few miles from downtown and Eureka Memories. On a trolley route too.
OMG! These farm fresh beef smash burgers are the best that we have ever had! Just minutes out of downtown on Highway 62. Plus the amazing fries and Gelato. There is a warning that comes with these burgers however, roll your sleeves up or you will be changing shirts. These are the juiciest burgers you will ever eat. A must every time you visit Eureka Springs!
This is a cool lookout tower that you can climb the stairs to the top and see so much of Eureka Springs and the surrounding area. It cost a buck (you need quarters) a person. It's a long way up. I am not fond of heights but I did OK and the view was well worth it! You will see it in the parking lot of Pine Mountain shopping center and right across from Pig Trail Harley Davidson and Pauly's Burgers. You can see a video from the top on our Facebook page.
Romi's Vintage is the most organized antique store we have ever been to. Why is that important? Because it makes it so much easier to find what you are looking for quickly. The displays are put together so nicely. Great selection. Super nice owners. Definitely worth checking out. Van Buren is Highway 62 and only minutes away from Eureka Memories cottages.
